This was a lot of fun to do. I learned a lot in the process, must keep going! I looked at Frank Frazetta and my Metabaron comics by Alejandro Jodorowsky and Juan Gimenez for inspiration.
Mike this a cool piece and I definitely see who inspired you. You know what will make this piece better? Instead of outlining the rim light with line weight, I think you can vary the width on certain spots.
