These are my roommates' cats. Sophia is a Siamese and Fargo is a Russian Blue. Sophia just stares at you and doesn't let you pet her, and Fargo is really friendly and has a silent meow. She just opens her mouth and whispers a meow. Fargo is probably the best cat I've ever met.

Keepin' at it.

This was fun. I worked with my friend Chris Grim at a cafe on this sketch. We traded this back and forth over the course of two hours, spending ten minutes at a time on it. It was a great exercise in working with shapes and details. He was much more concerned about details and textures, while I was a lot more focused on the overall shapes. Together we created a pretty interesting character.
